ERP DEVELOPMENT

When your inventory team can't see what sales just promised a client, when procurement doesn't know what the warehouse already has, when billing is a week behind because data moves through WhatsApp messages — that's when you need an ERP. Not before. Not because a consultant told you it sounds good.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CRM AND AN ERP?

CRM

Manages your relationship with customers. Leads, follow-ups, deals, invoicing. Front-of-house. Think: who are my clients, what did I sell them, what's pending?

ERP

Manages your internal operations. Inventory, procurement, HR, production, billing. Back-of-house. Think: what do I have in stock, who do I owe, what did we produce today?

If your problem is "we're losing leads and deals" — you need a CRM. If your problem is "departments can't see each other's data and everything runs on Excel" — you need an ERP. Sometimes you need both. We'll tell you which one to build first.

WHAT MODULES CAN WE BUILD?

You don't have to build all of these at once. We start with the module that solves your most painful problem, deploy it, and add modules as your team is ready.

INVENTORY

Real-time stock levels. Low-stock alerts. Purchase orders auto-generated when items drop below threshold. Works with barcode scanners if you have them. Search any item in 2 seconds.

PROCUREMENT

Vendor database. Purchase order creation and approval workflow. Track what's ordered, what's received, what's pending. Match POs against invoices automatically.

HR & ATTENDANCE

Employee records. Leave management. Attendance tracking (biometric integration optional). Salary calculation with PF/ESI breakdowns. Payslip generation.

BILLING & ACCOUNTS

Invoice generation. Payment tracking. Accounts receivable and payable. GST-ready reports. Monthly P&L summaries your CA can actually use without reformatting.

PRODUCTION / WORKFLOW

For manufacturing or service businesses: track jobs from start to finish. Assign resources. Log time. Calculate costs per job. See what's running behind before it becomes a crisis.

REPORTING DASHBOARD

One screen showing the health of your business. Revenue, expenses, inventory value, overdue payments, staff utilisation. Updated in real-time, not when someone remembers to update the spreadsheet.

QUESTIONS YOU PROBABLY HAVE

ISN'T AN ERP ONLY FOR LARGE COMPANIES?

That's what SAP and Oracle want you to think, because their licensing fees only make sense at enterprise scale. A custom ERP built on PHP can serve a 15-person manufacturing unit just as well as a 500-person operation — because we build exactly what you need, nothing more. A 2-module ERP for a small business costs a fraction of what a Tally customisation costs, and does exactly what Tally can't.

HOW MUCH DOES A CUSTOM ERP COST?

Depends entirely on how many modules you need and how complex your workflows are. A single-module ERP (e.g., just inventory management) starts around ₹1–1.5L. A full 4–5 module system with reporting and integrations: ₹3–6L. We don't quote until we've understood your operations — because quoting without diagnosis is how projects go over budget.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

First module live in 4–6 weeks. Full system rollout (4+ modules) in 3–4 months with phased deployment. We don't disappear for 3 months and show up with a finished product — you see working software every 2 weeks and give feedback as we build.

WILL MY TEAM ACTUALLY USE IT? WE'VE TRIED SOFTWARE BEFORE AND NOBODY ADOPTED IT.

Adoption failures happen when the software fights the existing workflow. We start by mapping how your team actually works — including the workarounds they've invented. Then we build software that replaces the pain points while keeping the parts that already work. If your warehouse manager prefers entering data on his phone while walking around, we build a mobile-first interface for him. That's what custom means.

LET'S MAP YOUR OPERATIONS FIRST.

We won't quote an ERP without understanding your workflows. Tell us what's breaking in your daily operations.
