04Payments & bookings

When you reserve a BhaaratScale '26 priority slot (or make any payment on this site), the payment itself is processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. Your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers.

For bookings and payments we retain your name, contact details, application details, and the payment reference or order ID along with its status. This is used to confirm your booking, allocate your priority slot, issue invoices, maintain the deposit credit towards your final billing amount, and meet our accounting and tax obligations under Indian law.

Booking and payment data is shared with Razorpay only to the extent necessary to process the payment, and with our accounting systems for record-keeping. We never sell it. If you cancel a booking, the associated record is retained for accounting purposes; the ₹500 deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation and is adjusted towards your final billing amount.
