01Agreement to terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our operational audit or system architecture services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

02Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights for the architecture, code snippets, design language, and content displayed on this site belong to Prakhar Bhaarat Tech Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

03Limitation of liability

PBTS provides operational assessments and custom software solutions. We are not liable for any direct or indirect business losses, data corruption, or operational downtime resulting from the implementation of recommended strategies or custom software builds.

04Service engagement

Engagements for custom ERPs, SaaS builds, or digital creative services are governed by separate, project-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs). These website terms do not supersede signed legal contracts between PBTS and its clients.

05Payments, bookings & the ₹500 priority deposit

Bookings under the BhaaratScale '26 campaign can be confirmed through a Fast-Track Priority Slot, secured by a one-time ₹500 deposit collected at checkout through our payment gateway (Razorpay). The Standard review track requires no payment at any point.

The ₹500 priority deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation. If you cancel your booking, the deposit will not be returned — instead, it is fully adjusted towards your final billing amount, beginning with your Phase 1 kickoff invoice. The deposit is a credit towards what you owe, never an additional charge.

All payments are collected in INR through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our systems; payment details are entered on the gateway's secure checkout and processed under its own security standards.

Project pricing, milestones, invoicing, and taxes for the engagement itself are governed by the project-specific agreement signed at kickoff, together with the applicable GST and other Indian tax obligations.

06Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel a BhaaratScale '26 booking at any time before project kickoff by writing to us on email or WhatsApp. On cancellation, the ₹500 priority deposit is non-refundable; it stands adjusted towards your final billing amount as described above. Any amount paid beyond the ₹500 deposit is dealt with strictly according to the refund schedule in your signed project agreement.

For all other services (websites, CRM, ERP, portals, automation, hosting, mobile applications), deposits, milestone payments, and refunds are governed entirely by the project-specific Service Level Agreement signed at engagement.

If a payment fails at the gateway, no money is captured and your application remains intact — you can simply retry the checkout.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
