01. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing our website and utilizing our operational audit or system architecture services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.
02. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights for the architecture, code snippets, design language, and content displayed on this site belong to Prakhar Bhaarat Tech Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
03. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PBTS provides operational assessments and custom software solutions. We are not liable for any direct or indirect business losses, data corruption, or operational downtime resulting from the implementation of recommended strategies or custom software builds.
04. SERVICE ENGAGEMENT
Engagements for custom ERPs, SaaS builds, or digital creative services are governed by separate, project-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs). These website terms do not supersede signed legal contracts between PBTS and its clients.
05. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
